About the guest rooms and hot springs
There is no public bath.
All rooms have either a semi-open-air bath or an open-air bath, so you can enjoy the Ureshino hot springs in a private space. Also, because the hot spring water is very hot, for the safety of our guests, the hot spring water in the guest rooms is not a free-flowing type. Guests will need to fill the water themselves.
Please relax at your preferred temperature.
Insect control in the rooms
All rooms at our hotel have either a semi-open-air bath or an open-air bath, and as they face the outside, insects may get in. We take measures to prevent insects and provide information on how to prevent insects in your room in the room guide. However, as this is a natural phenomenon, there is no perfect way to prevent them. Thank you for your understanding.
Regarding day-trip hot springs (private open-air baths)
The private open-air bath "Kidachi no Yu," adjacent to our hotel, is a day-trip hot spring facility operated by a separate entity. Therefore, there are no discounts for overnight guests. Bathing tickets are sold at the day-trip hot spring ticket machine.
The facilities are based on the price of a day-trip hot spring, so they are not able to meet the expectations of guests who expect a bath of the same quality as that in their guest rooms.

Meals
Regarding allergies, etc.
We understand that allergies are a life-threatening issue.
We are very sorry, but we are not confident that we can meet your request without any problems.
We do not accommodate allergies by "completely eliminating certain ingredients" or "changing the menu."
As we are a small inn, we do not have a chef or kitchen that specializes in allergies, so even taking that into consideration, we are not confident about our ability to accommodate such guests.
As with allergies, we are unable to accommodate requests for changes to the menu due to food allergies, vegetarianism, medical diets, Buddhist cuisine, religious reasons, etc.

The dining venue is a private room-style restaurant.
Although this is a space for you and your partner only, it is not a completely private room, so you will be able to hear the conversations of other customers around you.
Please note that we cannot accept requests for specific dining venues.
About the building
The building and rooms are not barrier-free.
There are eight steps in front of the front desk, which causes inconvenience.
Also, please note that we do not have a full range of handrails. If you have any concerns about steps or stairs, please contact us in advance.
In accordance with the Health Promotion Act, smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel, including guest rooms and inside the building (including heated and electronic cigarettes).
If you smoke in your room or bathroom, we will charge you a cleaning fee of 30,000 yen.
About the store opening hours
The shop is only open in the morning and is closed in the evening. Thank you for your understanding.
